Tony Humble

Chief Executive Officer

Tony is a seasoned executive who has held senior positions in the natural resource (Shell), banking (BNS) and waste management (Torxx Group) sectors.  He is also an accomplished entrepreneur, having cofounded both Canada's largest independent mortgage brokerage (Northwood), and most successful internet mortgage software company (Basis 100), with the longest active SaaS application (Filogix Expert - mortgage adjudication/submission).  Tony was responsible for mergers and acquisitions for BAS , and sat on its Board of Directors until its successful listing on the TSX in October 1999. 

 

Since his exit from BAS in 1999, Tony has been an angel investor in the fin-tech, eco-tech and biotech sectors, most recently serving as Chairman and CEO of both Teloregen Inc., an advanced biotechnology company currently testing telomere extension and Duchennes MD applications; and of EcoAxis Global Inc, a sustainable  waste management company. 

 

As a technology innovator, Tony is again leading the way by bringing this breakthrough sustainable materials technology to market. 

Beat J. Guldimann

President and Chief Financial Officer - elect.

Beat J. Guldimann is a Swiss lawyer with a Doctorate of Law degree from Basel University Law School. Born and raised in Switzerland, he moved to Toronto, Canada in 1997 where he still resides today. Over his career, he has spent over 30 years in the legal profession as well as various executive functions in the Swiss and Canadian banking and finance space.  Past roles include senior legal counsel at Swiss Bank Corporation, where Beat oversaw managing legal aspects of the bank’s business with ultra-wealthy clients from around the globe.

Between 1997 and 2001, Beat led the Canadian business of UBS in the role of Chief Executive Officer of UBS Bank (Canada) with a focus on developing a domestic and international private banking business for the group. After leaving UBS in 2001, he was named Head of Global Private Banking at Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce. Beat is active in the Swiss Canadian Chamber of Commerce where he serves on the

Board of Directors.

Since October of 2016 Beat has acted as Honorary Consul of Switzerland in Toronto. He is also a Board member of the Investor Protection Corporation of the Canadian Mutual Fund Dealers’ Association. Beat published “Inside Swiss Banking – The Sudden and Seismic Transformation of a Global Financial Brand” in 2009. As a published author, he gives lectures at the Business Schools of the University of Toronto as well as the University of Western Ontario. He is also a regular contributor of commentary on TheGlobalist.com.

Alf Wheeler

President, Zeoform Division

Alf Wheeler is a highly accomplished entrepreneur who emigrated to Australia after a successful exit from his UK-based business of supplying key components to the global printing industry. In Australia he discovered the underlying technology behind what is now ZeoformTM, and embarked a mission to develop it into the leading global manufacturer of sustainable building and craft products. After 7 years of research, development and test marketing the many products possible with the ZeoformTM process, Alf’s mission will undertake its next, and final step towards its goal, by becoming part of the PGSC launch.

Martin Ernegg

Inventor & Chief Technologist, Zeoform Division

Martin, the inventor of Zeoform, works with Zeo IP to enhance the use and applications of structural materials made from renewable resources, with a primary focus on cellulose. His core competence is Micro-Fibrillated Plant Fiber technology, engineering and the constant evolution of possibilities for these materials

David C. Olesen

EVP Legal and Business Affairs

David has over 20 years of professional experience in practicing law as well as experience as an advisor to Ontario’s Minister of Finance, a corporate executive and director, and an advisor to various business enterprises. His experience includes a broad scope of corporate, financial, commercial, construction, and leasing law as well as corporate finance, infrastructure and property development, and project management..

Alex Shalash

Chief Advisor - Smart Cities

Founder & CEO, Idea Fabrik PLC - the HeroEngine company. During his 25-year long career, Alex held senior positions in asset management and equity research at large multinational institutions, including Andersen Consulting, Lehman Brothers, SwissCanto, Bank Julius Baer and Bank Bellevue.  Alex is a specialist in Smart Cities, and is brings this global capability to Prosperium, to make our "prosperity communities" even smarter.

Mark V. Healy

Chief Operations Officer, Investor

Mark Healy is an entrepreneurial executive with an international background in retail management and operations, and investment banking.  Mark has a strong track record in business risk management, turnarounds, sales and marketing.   Past roles include Chief Dealer FX (CIBC), investor and shareholder of a Tech Hedge Fund (Black Swan Dexteritas), Retail Owner/Franchisee (Canadian Tire), Senior Consultant and Board Director in the Health sector.


Mark is passionate about Charity, Philanthropy and paying it forward.  He has published a children’s book called "Monica and the Zamboni" (a true story) and is excited to be part of the Prosperium Team as its Chief Operations Officer responsible for ensuring well managed growth, as we move forward in improving our planet for our families and generations to come.  

Mark has won many business awards but is most proud of the 2 Police Citations he has been honoured with – in both Toronto and Tokyo.

Steve Braybrook

Vice President Sales, Zeoform Division

Steve Braybrook is a startup specialist with a wide range of experience in a number of diverse fields.  After obtaining a business Degree at Ryerson Polytechnic,  his strong interest in cars led him into a career in Automotive Sales, where he was an elite level performer for 14 years. From there, won a major Government grant to develop an automotive industry training program for underemployed people in the community. That program was a major success, and Steve became a professional trainer for the next 7 years, a crucial skill for growing a business.

Steve then moved into the construction industry where he won a multimillion dollar contract for a startup operation to manage the installation of  the steelwork for the Atlantis Hotel on Paradise Island in the Bahamas.  This major success (on time and within budget) was closely  followed by many similar successful contracts in the Caribbean.

His third career move was into an established environmentally conscious lumber company, Weston Forest Products, which is very well known for its form-ply recycling and reuse program, in which Steve was very instrumental.  Steve broke sales records at Weston, and left on excellent terms to launch another startup, back in the automotive sector.
